Synmulin 10 premix contains Tiamulin hydrogen fumarate, an antibiotic of the diterpene group. It is active against Mycoplasmas, Haemophilus parasuis (Glasser disease), Brachyspira hyodysenteriae, Lawsonia intracellularis (ileitis), Brachyspira pilosicoli (Spirochetosis of the colon), and Gram-positive bacteria. It exhibits antiadhesive effect, which facilitates the action of the other antibiotics.

It is effective for treatment and prevention of bacterial gastrointestinal and respiratory diseases.
